Today, please welcome my good friend Lorraine Nelson to the blog, where she'll be talking about her newest book in the Thunder Creek Ranch Series. 
AR: Tell me a bit about this book. What is it about?
LN: Cameron’s Quest is a continuation of the Thunder Creek Ranch saga. Cameron Manning is the second oldest living Manning, and in searching for a lost love, Lacey Kerrigan, he encounters quite a surprise. When Lacey comes to visit, a series of incidents happen that make Cam the main suspect in a murder investigation.

AR: Lost love? Murder? Adding this to my to read list! What was your favorite part about writing this story?
LN: This series is near and dear to me as my love of family shines through. I love being able to visit with previous characters and update readers on the happenings in their lives.
AR: Where did you get the idea for this book?
LN: I’m not totally sure. I knew his story had to be told and when I sat down to write, it was there. He’s been waiting a long time. J
AR: What genres do you prefer to write in?
LN: I love contemporary romance and romantic suspense.
AR: What's next for you? Are you working on anything new? Tell me about it.
LN: Yes, I’m already working on Michael’s Dilemma, Book 6 in this series, and hope to have it submitted soon.
I’m also working on The Hudson Ranch series to be published later this spring, hopefully. My sister is a portrait artist and is drawing the covers. She also works full-time, so it’s a slow process. She’s quite the perfectionist when it comes to detail. And of course, I have to finish writing them. J
In addition, I have a requested full with Kensington Books and Harlequin Escape.

Lorraine Nelson is a multi-published author who lives in rural New Brunswick, on the east coast of Canada. Always a bookworm, she’s read many novels of romance and mystery over the years, finally deciding to put her pen to work at writing one.
